On radio station WLUW here in Chicago there's a character, the Weather Demon. He's sort of a depressed, angst-ridden sort of demon who doesn't so much report the weather as comment on life during the weather report. I like the Weather Demon so I made this song for him back in '02 with my friends Ken and Nina. They still use the track on WLUW every time the Weather Demon comes on.
